Wire drawing die blanks are used in wire drawing, extrusion and wear resistant parts. The working core is polycrystalline diamond, manufactured by sintering together diamond grit at very high pressure and temperature.
Wire drawing die blanks are suitable for drawing and extruding a wide range of metals such as copper, brass, aluminium, nickel alloys and some stainless steels. They are also used in wire and thread guides as well as nozzles.
